Lime Green Realty offers commission savings while still giving you full real estate services by a REALTOR®. We offer a flat commission of $3,000 to the listing agent and 3% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance to the buyers agent. There are no upfront fees and commissions are paid from the sale proceeds through your lawyer once you sell your home. We are a full service real estate office which is able to provide sellers lower commissions than typical rates because of the efficiencies we have created in building Susan's Listing Systems utilizing technology. These systems assist us in striving for perfection in your experience using our services. Clear and effective marketing

Our marketing program uses simple but proven techniques to attract buyers to your home, which is what you as a seller are looking for. We do not have to try to persuade you that our marketing techniques are effective as there are proof in our numbers! Our 2011 to 2015 Report Card shows you how many houses we have listed and sold over the last 5 years. More important than our commission savings programs is our ability to get your property sold. Whether you need to sell quickly or have time to test the market, we are prepared to assit you. We pass our knowledge and experience on to you, allowing you to make well-informed decisions.

High volume sales with happy repeat clients

A high volume of sales and a high volume of happy, repeat clients can go hand and hand. The benefit to you, as a seller, when working with an agent that does a high volume is that you gain insight through a wider lense which helps you make better informed decisions. In 2013, through feedback and a survey, we had 144 out of 150 of our clients who sold, participate, indicating they were happy with our services. In 2014, we expanded our feedback to include how many would use our services in the future and 162 of our 173 clients participated saying yes to both. In 2015, 141 out of 145 of our sellers said they were happy with our services and they would use our services in the future. Our Commission Program

$3,000 Listing Fee - Full REALTOR® Services

Our $3,000 listing fee requires you to pay nothing up front but when you sell, there will be $3,000 payable to us for listing your property and 3% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance of the sale to the buyer’s agent. This fee includes full REALTOR® services, including realtor.ca (aka mls.ca), see the table below for a complete list of services that are included with this fee.

Bonus Option - Find Your Own Buyer

If you want to save additional commissions, you can do this by finding your own buyer. You are responsible for showing your property to buyers you obtain from your own advertising on for sale by owner websites such as Kijiji. If you find a buyer who is interested in making an offer, we will do all of your negotiating and legal paperwork for you. The total commissions you pay if the transaction closes would be a flat $3,500.
